Anti-Bloat Salad
Ingredients
300 g sayote, pitted and thinly sliced
1/4 cup cilantro or wansoy, chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 packet Stevia natural sweetener
salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
In a large bowl, combine cilantro, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Stevia. Mix well. Add sayote and toss to coat well.
